You are so right on all of the points. Medicine is in the Wilderness. I say that as someone who graduated from med school in 1975. There is no critical thinking, no courage, no ethics. I am advised to stay away from Twitter. After a time, I start enjoying it too much and start going viral. The only possibility that I have of salvaging a career is if I stop doing that. Many of my views are not amenable to the medical establishment—for the reasons that should be evident from the contents in this post—during these sad times.
