They are stupid people. I still cannot believe it. It seems the more I get over it, the less I can believe it. How can these people treat patients? I know how actually. I saw their bedside manner. Many don’t care about their patients at all. I don’t understand these kinds of people.
I can’t give up. I’ve wanted to a long time ago. Doesn’t work lol. The only way to deal with this is just locking in and applying maximum leverage until there is justice. There is nothing else I can do. Then I can move on. It has really gotten me into writing mode though. I appreciate your support since the beginning.
You know, Texas Tech treated their old football coach Mike Leach unjustly as well. If they could get away with it in such a high profile case like that, then they probably thought nothing about you. Add in all the insanely stupid aspects of the response to covid, and they just really wanted to silence and scapegoat you.
As a MD/JD I’m quite familiar with Smear Review. My advice is to always show up at any possible disciplinary event with your own court reporter and have anyone who participates sworn in under penalty of perjury. I really cuts the BS to a minimum.

This sounds like nonsense; New Zealand and Australia had lockdowns in 2020 without massive deaths, and I don't think there was ever a case during the pandemic of mass deaths during lockdowns without a major COVID wave.
The negative externalities of lockdowns are society dependent. Like, salt does not taste good on all foods. And yeah, lockdowns probably led to a lot of excess mortality in Australia.
You either let it go and make peace and since that didn't work, you gotta give it all you got no matter the outcome or you may have regrets. Its the principle. Make them regret it.
If Lawyer Harkey is aware of altered on-the-record documentation (audio/video recordings) and does nothing to correct the editing, then her law license is in jeopardy since she represents the University.
I would ask for a statement from her that attests no editing has been conducted on anything, including the audio you heard.
Obviously any formal lawsuit you bring would "discover" the editing but I would frame it as "youre giving her the chance to do the right thing" before you take additional legal action.
If she fails to respond, then report her actions to the Sate Bar and AG office.
Recently I read an article, that the real William Shakespeare was in fact an illiterate man, and that his whole oeuvre was written by one Devere, a rich person who travelled extensively. Made quite a lot of sense. Obviously this has been known for 20+ years, but of course it won't get proclaimed far and wide! (just like none of the gospels have been written by the people whose name is on them, probably all illiterate as well - seems like only Paul wrote most of what has his name)
